Shipping Policy
Q: When will my order be shipped?
Orders with "in stock" items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed.
We will endeavor to have all other orders placed with "in stock" items shipped within 72hrs (business days).
Some items that require assembly (custom wheels, bikes that need boxing, etc) will be shipped within 3 business days.
If an item says "1-2 Days Handling, 4-7 Days Handling, etc" (business days) it will be sent as soon as it arrives from the alternate warehouse.
Q: Is everything on your site in stock?
All items marked with the green 'in stock' label are in our warehouse. Items with the green '1-2 Days Handling, 4-7 Days Handling etc' label are in stock in an alternate warehouse.
If there has been an error with our stock levels we will contact you as soon as possible.
On rare occasions, items that are confirmed to be in transit to us from the supplier may be pre-emptively listed as in stock. These orders will be dispatched immediately when the items have arrived.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Most orders ship across Australia (regular post or courier). This excludes heavy/bulky items and some regional/remote locations where an extra delivery charge may be needed or method of delivery may need to be used.
Q: Can you ship Express?
Tempo Products offers Express Shipping via the Australia Post eParcel network at competitive prices. We also use Aramex and other providers as needed.
Your parcel should be received within 1 to 7 days as long as you are in the National Next-Day Network. Please note that it does not mean guaranteed next-day delivery (the next-day guarantee from Australia Post does not apply to eParcel) but your parcel is prioritised by Australia Post.
Orders with items that have a "1-2 Days Handling, 4-7 Days Handling etc" notice, will be shipped once the stock has been recieved into our dispatch warehouse.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method.
If your order is time critical, or you are in a remote area, we do have very competitive Express Post shipping options.
To see an estimate on how long a package will take to arrive, please go to the website for the relevant freight provider (see below) and enter 3690 as the origin postcode.
Impacts of the COVID-19 virus.
While all current domestic shipping methods are still operational, we have been advised on small delays to some networks.

Q: Can I come and collect my order from you in person?
Sure can! Just contact us arrange a time to pick it up. Please note you will require photo ID for us to release the order.
Q: Can I select "signature required on delivery"?
Unfortunately, due to the current Covid contact restrictions, we are unable to guarantee a signature on delivery service from all of our shipping companies.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Tempo Products offers international shipping to most countries. Quotes can be obtained by contacting us.
Please be aware that freight networks may not be operational in your network. Please refer to your local shipping guidelines or contact us at tempobmxaustralia@gmail.com
Please note: Customers with shipping addresses outside of Australia are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
